This wide washi tape from Altenew makes it easy to create a card. I simply covered a panel with the tape, die cut it with a Crimped Frame die from The Greetery (which also secures the tape well along the edges), added the die cut sympathy (which I cut 3 times and adhered together to make it stand out) and some pink enamel dots.
