Well...in my haste to get started on this challenge...of sunny yellows, I failed to make it a Christmas or Holiday card. Unless you live in Oregon and any sunny day in winter is a Holiday! Our winters in the valley are typically misty, rainy, or deluges.
It was make an AI panel. I used three colors of yellow hues and the Marabu 'Rainbow' (thanks for the tip, Jean). I used the Grafix plastic paper. Once the inks were dry, I stamped the sentiment and then waited overnight for the Stazon to dry. I trimmed down the panel to make it 'fit' on the stenciled easel.
The card still needed something, so I used Tim Holtz's sun ray stencil. The rays were colored with three shades of Gelatos.
Yellow is such a game changer where I live. The very definition is to shine! It's been my youngest sons' favorite color his whole life. He has the gift of shining on others...
Thanks for the gift of your comments. May you be surprised by someone shining on you today...I'd love to hear!

Susan, this is a gorgeous card with the beautiful yellows (I love yellow). The sentiment is perfect with the yellows and the background sun rays are gorgeous. Great card!

I agree with Bev about the use of the beautiful yellows. Yes, in Wisconsin it is a good day when the shines too in the winter. Love your cheery card. TFS
