I'm in a scene making mode so when I saw the lights HERE I decided I needed to make one with glowing street lights.
BG: Stamped treeline (Winter Woodland) and embossed, masked the bottom of card, sponged sky, splattered with water/blotted
Foreground: stamped and embossed park bench, sentiment, and street lamps, then using a torn mask, sponged snow under the base of the bench and lights, then sponged the glowing light
Snow: removed all masks except one over the sentiment, then splattered panel with white acrylic paint for my snow

This is such a beautiful, snowy scene, Maura. I love your colors and how you made the snow around the bench and lamp posts.

This is one more striking card in your gallery. If ever I need to make a scene on a card, I will know who's gallery to go to for inspiration. Keep looking at it for all the details that make it so realistic. Love it. TFS
