This is the fourth card I got out of one A2 size technique piece. I had cut a piece of photo paper, smooshed watered-down Distress Oxide inks onto it, heat set between layers, then wiped a baby wipe over the inked panel to reveal the beauty. For this one, I had one little piece left over from that panel. I die cut it with a circle die, and stamped a snowflake with white StazOn ink. I die cut another circle--one die size larger--from white glitter cardstock, & matted my photo paper circle with that.
I cut my patterned papers as per the sketch. The blue snowflake paper is from my scrap stash; the words paper is from the "Happy Holidays" pad. I also punched a snowflake border from the same white glitter cardstock with an old Martha Stewart punch. I glued that to the top back of my lower panel, and adhered that & the top panel to a piece of red cardstock. I glued on my circle, and adhered the panel to a white card base. Easy peasy!
