I like Popsicles, even in winter, but I don't think I'd like a Gnome-sicle. This is for yesterday's sketch (nice one) and today's WT (shadows.)
The SU gnome set was a gift from a good friend who lives pretty far west and gets up after I do. I've been itching to use him but I'm glad I used him today. I see someone else in the sketch gallery had a similar idea. Here I thought I was so clever!
I colored him with pencils. He looks chilly, all bundled up, but he has a lot of warmth in his heart. I used a new to me CS set, with all sorts of Nordic designs. The 'brrrr' has a gray shadow underneath, a bit off-set. I have had these little puffy metallic hearts forever; they are so cute and work well with the sentiment and style. The inside will say 'the gift of happiness.' Actually, one can't give one happiness, but it's certainly possible to create happiness around someone.

It ‘‘tis the sketch! Delightfully fun. Your gnome is fashionable wearing the season’s hottest trend, glitter. The Scandinavian tree looks wonderful. A gingerbread cookie, perhaps. Love all the extra touches! This one has me smiling gnome time!

I think your bundled he-gnome looks like a she-gnome...not that it matters, but lady gnome images are few a far between. Love the whole love theme...warms even the chilliest of glittery brrrrs.

Love all the glitter on your gnome and sentiment. The puffy hearts are cute. It's been very grey here too, we had one day that was crisp and cold but with the treat of a blue sky. I'd agree with Lori, I thought a she-gnome too. But then, in Discworld you can't tell the dwarves apart, maybe the same is true of gnomes too.
