Here is another retirement card for a different coworker who is looking forward to pursuing a part time travel business in her retirement. I thought this sweet owl digi would be good for a travel themed card. Toni has challenged us to use shadows on our cards, I colored him up with strong shadows. I also shadowed the sentiment by layering it up when I printed the digi. I went on an adventure to the Tuesday morning that's about an hour away from me. Ugh. It's terrible to get to. But it was worth it. I got some great stuff. This Hero Arts background stamp was a must have and works great with my travel theme. This is another 5.5 x 8.5 card for my coworkers to also sign. It's really hard to make such a large card when you're used to making A2 size. I filled the open space with stickers and embellishments.

Great DP. Yes, bigger cards are harder when you're accustomed to a smaller canvas. Maybe you need to do some more scrapping ;-). I know it's an owl, but that duffel coat can't help but remind me of Paddington.
