Thank you fearless Black Friday hosts! I stay away from the maddening crowds on this day. What better way to celebrate then to open the studio doors and be creative.
I am bringing to the MIX357: Black Friday with a touch of red. And for the F4A510...Deck the Halls my names of Jesus stamp. I love the mixed fonts and that the names are repeated in different fonts. Kind of like when I have to remind myself I am covered! The background was stamped onto black and embossed with Rangers' Sea Foam White ep. This was my first attempt and I forgot to use the embossing buddy. I rather like the distressed look of the over~powered ep. I stamped it once again onto white with the Adirondack 'Red Pepper'. Not having bothered to clean my first stamping, I got some blackish letters. I don't even mind that. It was embossed in 'Detail Clear'. Finished it up with a little bit of silver trim.
May you be blessed beyond measure this coming Christmas season. Thanks for the gift of your comments.

Beautiful and I love your distressed bg (planned or not). The red heart is a clever way to add your red words....it shows off the reason for the season as Jean has pointed out. Thanks for playing along on this "black" Friday. Is it time for leftovers yet??

Hee hee I went to Dutch Bro's today thinking I would miss the crowds. ( I was wrong but, that was as adventurous as I was for going out this weekend) I love how you split the panels with the shape. ( I have only really done this with straight lines)
