MariLynn's Falliday Fest Challenge is to make a holiday themed gift card holder. She listed several tutorials to inspire us, and I chose to make the Punch Board Snowman! I remembered first seeing this tutorial during Falliday Fest 2017 (yes, I remember that, but ask me what I did yesterday...lol!), and thinking how cute it was, but ran out of time to make it then. So, better late than never!
I pretty much followed the tutorial step-by-step, except for his arms. I didn't want to go outside & cut twigs, so I fussy-cut him some from the brown CS. Also, I used ribbon for his scarf instead of washi tape...there is washi tape around his hat.
I punched out a small round flower to decorate his hat, & added an enamel dot. I punched out one of the other flowers on the punch (the one with 6 'points') from the orange CS, then cut it into 6 pieces, going between the points, to make 6 teeny tiny more-or-less triangle-shaped pieces that I thought looked like teeny tiny carrots for a snowman's nose!
He was so much fun to make, I made some friends for him...they'll show up later in the tutorial gallery!
TFL!

Liz, this little snowman is as cute as cute can be. I am surprised this was made on the punch board. I can tell you have fun making him by the creative way you decorated him. I really love this fun project you made! ~Karen.
