You know my motto says: we do what we can with what we've got, that's what I've done for Lydia's fun challenge.
I had a plastic ornament for the globe and I had a jar but the ornament was much too small for the jar, so after a bit of thinking took out a glass (I've kept them from ice cream) turned it upside down and had the idea.
I had these little birds from last year and they are perfect in size for my little domes.
The bottom scene is first glued on a circle (paper) and then glued to the glass just with tacky glue and added glitter over the glue, I tied a bow and some belles around the glass and made the dome directly on the glass so glued the cotton onto the glass and glued the bird and covered with the glued dome
I hope my husband will find me a bigger one to make the jar too
