I am not sure what this technique is called but I blended the oxide inks with my blending makeup brushes, then sprinkled drops of water on it to fade it out and make it run on the card.

Love this -I looked at it closely this morning. I guess it's a take on the sponge and spritz tutorial, with an added tilt to let it run. It's really beautiful, Liz.
