I didn't get a chance to do my crimper card yesterday, because I went to a stamping blitz workshop at Bella Art Store in Johnston, RI. We made 12 cards in 5 hours and used loads of foam squares and Stickles. It was a blast! So I've combined my crimper card with the Inspiration Challenge today. I needed a card for my kids to give their friend for his birthday today and this was the perfect inspiration. It took me a few tries though. I got this idea from a book that my kids have that has pictures of cars and then the back of the page is black except for the engine or something like that. You shine a light through the page to see the engine in the car. I printed the pumpkin and cut a six out of black paper (you can see the six a lot better IRL). But the paper I used was too thick. So I tried thinner paper. Still didn't work. So I used copy paper and it worked like a charm. And, well, I have two more of these pumpkins ready for another project.

That is the cutest pumpkin and a fun card for a child's birthday. I do see the six. Great you could get in two challenges. Sounds like you had a fun time yesterday.

The six really shows through!! Great job....and some leftovers as well. Glad to see the crimper, and that you had fun at the stampfest. Now we need to see what you made!

Fab pumpkin, Jen. Great coloring and use of crimping too. Saw all your cards on Facebook and loved them - that sounds super fun! Hugz
