I recently returned from my first ever trip to Hawaii where I was able to visit Pearl Harbor. We happened to be there at the time the oldest surviver was there greeting the crowds. He's 98-years-old and goes weekly for book signing and chatting with the crowd. Such a joy! Needless to say, I'm feeling very thankful and patriotic.
I used Eyelet Outlet brads (Army Men, Boot Prints, and Eagle) and Washi Tape (Red Star and Skinny) on my card, which also features the boots from the Joy Clair God's Army stamp set and the dog tag and Hero sentiment from the H and M Hoo-Rah stamp set.
