This is for the Tea Party Challenge - Showers of Flowers. The Tea Party this week is for JoEllyn in Arizona.
I die cut the poppy twice, once in the garden green and then using the coloured dp. Have had this lemon ric rac ribbon for years, time to put onto a card!

Ric rac always reminds me of sewing classes at school.....Oh so much blood LOL. I digress, Sue this looks terrific, i love how tactile this is and the happy colours.

So pretty, Sue, and I like how you have the flowers in different colors. Oh, I am sure I have some rick rack somewhere in the craft room. Good idea to use it and in such a happy color.

I just love poppies - and this is no exception. They look good against that embossed background. I tried to get this embossing folder for ages - but had no luck - so I am very jealous of this card.

What a cheery card! That ric rac adds a lot..I need to get mine out (I remember sewing it on Barbie dresses). Your paper piecing looks great and that embossing is a fun bg.

This is really pretty Sue and such a cheerful card too. I love your paper pieced bloom and the ric rac used. I forget to use ric rac too and it looks great on this card. ~Karen.
