This will go to my daughter, who is juggling a lot right now and needs some time off from real life...don't we all, sometimes?
I used two gel prints, one with a stencil on black and one a 'brayer off' from DOx inks and various items, like tea and baking soda. There might be some Alcohol Pearls too (who knows??). I had made these Zentangle leaves for another project long ago and stashed these extras away.
I enjoy mixed media a lot and really like having all these extra things floating around. It really pumps up my creativity. Marilynn, this is one of my favorite things to do with sentiments, although I usually do computer generated.

Those gorgeous colours really pop against the more neutral background! I love the floating sentiment - just like the autumn leaves falling to the ground. Great card!

Your daughter will lifted up by this wonderful and encouraging card! Great mixed pieces...the leaves
are of course, the bomb! But your brayed off bg and that
3-d are both cool. Great mom you are, mdf

You are doing such beautiful things with your zentangled pieces, Jean. Those leaves are beautiful with the soft colours, looking like pastel pencils. I like both your gel prints, the patterned black is a nice contrast to the textured earth tones.
