As we speak of ancient times... I decorated the corners of my card with a very old Dutch paper technique -- it's called: INCIRE, with punches by Nellie Snellen.
It's a technique from Nellie where you
use a metal Incire template to cut a pattern and some punches.
First you cut a pattern with a metal template and punch some shapes (for this card triangles) out of another pp .
Then you attach the punched-out shapes ( triangles) on to the cut out parts of the PP and glue them to the back to secure it.
My fussy cut image of the oldtimer is attached to an old CD.
