I used a very rough-feeling glitter paste for the snowflakes and very smooth shimmer cs for the card base and very smooth (almost velvety) blue sparkly cs for the border and sentiment.
I used a homemade stencil for the snowflakes. I mixed a bit of blue ink into a sparkly embossing paste without mixing it thoroughly. Depending how well mixed the ink was, determined how much blue shows up in the snowflakes - I quite like the variation in depth of colour.
I die cut the sentiment out of smooth blue glitter paper, and added a border of the same, and popped it up on fun foam on a cream shimmer card base that matches the snowflakes quite well.

This is so gorgeous! I love the variation in the snowflakes from the blue ink marbling through the glitter paste! The blue border piece really makes the blues more noticeable.

I really like the soft colours, and that there is no stark white. The snowflakes look really beautiful with the slightly random colouring. This is one of those cards that looks super on screen but must be even more so in real life with the sparkle, shimmer and texture.
