Today for the Inspiration Challenge we are looking at Lulu and Georgia - a beautiful web store for home items.
I looked around a bit, looking for some fall inspiration, and not finding anything specific - came upon this beautiful Whispering Leaves wallpaper.
I thought it looked like a stencil I had so I went up to the craft room and found the Festive Flourish stencil by Echo Park. I sponged over it with Spring Rain ink, splattered a little gold watercolor paint on it, added the die cut piece from Psalm 46:10 layering it on foam dots, and added 3 little black clay hearts. I layered the panel to a slightly larger brushed gold layer and then adhered it all to a white card base.
I'm late to the challenge as I went to see my 7 year old grandniece, Mila, play a soccer game this morning, it's a little nippy but with bright sunshine today!
Happy weekend everyone!
I'm also linking my card to the SCS Bible Verse Challenge.
This is so beautiful! I just love the sentiment/scripture. Cool the way part of the scripture is die-cut and part of it is stamped on a banner. I like the little bit of splatter too. Beautiful!

Beautiful card with a wonderful scripture. I have used it before on a card. Super background with your stencil.
