This was a bit more challenging than I thought it would be. At first, I tried the Versamark, then putting on the color. I misted quite lightly, maybe too lightly, and got very little color. Then I cleaned off the block, recolored without the Versamark, misted a bit more, some color but not quite enough. So I remisted, stamped again and was happier. Didn't really care that it bled a little bit into the circle. I watercolored the circle with some blue markers and water. Finally added sequins and very fine dots with the Micron. Everything is better with dots. Oh and I put WOS on the flowers.
I think this will go to my aunt and uncle who just moved back to Wisconsin from Texas. I know, you're thinking, why would 90 somethings move back to cold weather? They need more help. I think my aunt's 90th birthday is today or maybe only (?) 89. She is in great shape, my uncle, not so much. PS She is only 88 today. I think my uncle will be 91 soon.

Yep, mine bled a little too (hence the copious background filling, LOL), and I had the same problems as you with not enough colour transfer the first time. But I sure love how yours turned out with the soft blending of colours, especially in the blossoms.
