 | | Good morning stampers. I was playing with the Playful Penguins stamp set and just couldn't think of what to do. So when in doubt, add a hat and scarf. LOL The background is created with the snowflakes from the Free Skate set using the Shimmer White Emboss powder on a piece of See A Silhouette designer paper. The hat and scarf come from the Let It Snow embellishment kit.
