I made this card for the technique challenges TLC760 Stencil Smooshing and CAS551 Happy Fall!
It took me awhile to get a background that I liked, but Lyn did PM me and gave me some good advice! I was using DOX sprays instead of DOX ink pads. Pads definitely work better!
After creating my background, I stamped leaves randomly around my panel and added a fall sentiment.
Thanks for the fun technique Lyn!

Super Fun card!! I love the dimension your stencils created - the colors are great and I'd say you definitely have the technique down now!! Thanks for keeping at it and taking my challenge!

Yes, I tried sprays a couple of times for monoprints, and generally didn't get as his results. I think thay even though one is spritzing the inked stencil, it's still less watery. Which reminds me I've been wanting to try monoprints with DOX. I'm glad Lyn was able to give helpful advice. I like that blue with the grid, and the green which might be a cable knit but also looks rather Celtic. Great autumn colours for your gorgeous autumn leaves.
