Boy, I loved Jen's BINGO idea for this week's Tea Party. I chose, blue...plaid...and a die cut, down the center. This is going out to Susie and her husband Alan, who are going through a difficult time right now.
As soon as I figured out which BINGO items I thought I could use this came together fairly quickly.
I also am participating in the Technique Challenge to use a coloring medium we are least comfortable with. I went with Copics. I only have a few. I actually got a 60% off coupon from Michael's and this was the perfect excuse to buy another one and use it on this card. In the end I added Wink of Stella again. So, do I get bonus points for using yellow and sparkle! ;) Just teasing.

I love how you did the plaid on the bottom of this. Good job with the copics....they do take practice. I'm sure this will bring some comfort to Susie and her husband as they go through some difficult times.

Lovely card! That plaid is so pretty, and I love how you colored the iris image!

Love your plaid stitched hill! Your coloring of the irises looks good! The glittery enamel dots and how you place them is something I just love on your cards!

What a beautiful clean, elegant design. Love your use of the curves, something I like and never think of doing. Fun that a challenge enabled you into buying - not something (luckily) that often happens for me as mostly I buy mail order. I bet the sparkle is gorgeous.
