The current Impression Obsession challenge is Falling Leaves, and I thought it would be fun to take part as this stamp was sitting on my desk waiting to be used.
I stamped and embossed it on watercolour paper, then coloured the leaves with Inktense pencils (mostly, a little bit of Prima Confections Tropical got used too). I've lost my Saddle Brown Inktense pencil since last Saturday, and I cannot think where it could have got to :-(. I wet the paper and added Twinkling H2Os for the sky. When dry, I stamped the sentiment and added spatter with an Inktense pencil.
I cut out the little heart in the maple leaf, and made a tiny caterpillar - he's made like those Christmas garlands, two narrow strips of green DP folded over and over so it will go flat in the envelope. I sponged the back of the DP green as it shows, so that's the side I used to punch his head. Offcuts were used for the antennae, with dots of Liquid Pearls at the end.
I backed the watercolour panel with a piece of card sponged with Shabby Shutters, embossed with the woodgrain ef and then swiped with Peeled Paint. I added two little brads at each end of the cord before sticking this to my card base. Oh - there's glossy accents on the berries and the rose hip, and SN clear glitter in the centre bit of the rose hip.

I love your Autumn Card, Sabrina! I love all the colors of leaves on your clothes line! Great looking birthday card. Autumn makes such lovely cards with the fall colors. My leaves are starting to fall, and it’s near 90 outside but the nights are getting cooler.
IO does make awesome stamps, and you have one of them!

It would be a dream come true to sit and watch you create such wonderful cards, reading your great write-up is the second best thing. I loved reading how this came about, especially when you wrote, "punch his head" I had a chuckle. Everything about this is fabulous Sabrina. It must look even more special in real life.

I like that you added the Chinese lantern in the shot-it flows with the card. I think I actually have this stamp...
Dont worry-your pencil will show up!
