This page is for a VSBN challenge to include something fussy cut.
After stencilling the brick pavement...yes it is a pavement lol....at the bottom of my page, I used TH grey ink to darken it a little, then watercoloured the rest of my white CS in blue.
After lots of moving, finger tapping and passing of time, I decided to fussy cut a section out of some really cool and funky Kaisercraft patterned paper.
Added my photo and thought I'd finished, but anyone who knows me by now knows I have to fill every corner of my page lol. So I stamped...the stamp reminded me of the panes on some of the windows in my photo and of the uneven pavement.
TFL. Happy day

I like the brick stencilling. It really grounds the design. Brings back memories of when I worked in the UK and usually used to go to the nearest towns on my days off.

Jayne, this is so fabulous!!!! It fits one of the other challenges this week which is to do brick on your creation.
Love the picture, love your mixed media, love the bg! Super fun page.
