We are sending Teapotter hugs along with some encouragement and support, to Susie in Naples, Florida. Our TEApotter Hostess Jen (Jennifrann), has challenged us with a fun game of BINGO.
The choices were terrific, I have chosen the row "Ribbon, Blue, Frogs". I may be ruled out on a technicality as the ribbon is the paper bow on Princess Froggies dress. Originally I was doing the "Sparkle, Embossing and Frogs".
I tried to dry emboss the background, but I soon learnt that it would take a Big Mac truck to make a dint in the polypropylene paper! Heat embossing is definitely out of the question, I still have flashbacks to the small fire and melted polyprop LOL.
The background was made by tipping Dr. P. Martins India inks at the top of a large sheet of polypropylene, squirting on some water, then lifting the sheet up and allowing gravity to do its thing. I should add that underneath all the india inks there is a heap of failed attempts using Distress re-inkers, Jane Davenport coloured liquid inks and Brusho's that had been almost wiped off.
I bought this gorgeous digi frog image from the Sherri Baldy Etsy store, then coloured her with Prismacolour pencils, Zest it pencil blend and highlighted with Copics, Stickles and Liquid Pearls.
Thanks for looking and I hope you get a chance to join in.

This is TOO fun! Not only do I love the image but that background is fabulous! Laughing about the polypropylene. Thie minute someone says you can't heat emboss you know I'm going to try (grin).

Oh, my, how snazzy is Princess Frog with her lovely crown, beautiful dress, jewels, nail polish, luscious lips, and gorgeous big eyes! And that background; wow, it is awesome! Susie, you create awesome artwork that I love; however, please don't catch the house on fire! Hugs, special friend!

Susie, your Ms. Froggy takes command of any room she might enter and certainly will in the gallery today. Goodness, her gorgeousness would make anyone leap at a chance to be a little closer. I am sure this is just one of the many crowns she has won in the many Fabulous Female Frog pageants in which she competes.

Look at her with her pearly jewellery and sparkly dress - great fun! Love the inky background and glad you decided against any more fire-starter behaviour when dry embossing failed!

OMG that frog image is the BEST...the colors are so vibrant...love all the liquid pearls and the ribbony bg is amazing...glad you didn't start a fire this time...yikes! A frog-tastic card!
I love your Princess Froggy! She is marvelous, with all her jewelry and her crown. You really have her all jeweled out! Susie, you did an awesome job on the background. The other Susie will love it!

Susie, what a delight. Your background is, as always, just spectacular. The drippy effect is perfect for a watery suggestion, and the doodled border frames it wonderfully. Well, I guess the border is really frame your funtastic frog. I'm not a big fan of pink but it sure looks stunning with the blues and greens.

You may have had a few failed attempts at your background but I would say you did a fabulous job in the end. That frog is just terrific, look at her all decked out, your coloring is just fantastic and I so love all the details you put in to her, Terrific!

The paper bow totally counts it is a ribbon on that dress and what a fantastically fun frog image too. This is sure to bring a big smile Miss Susie! But what I want to know about is the small fire and melted polyprop. Did I miss a card that you talked about this small fire? Oh my! Well I am not seeing the failed attempts on the BG because it looks like it is perfect for this super image.

She is indeed a princess, and I could tell that even without the crown. I love her face and pretty dress, and she has had a lovely recent pedi, hasn't she? Your coloring as usual is magnificent. Favd.
