Today's inspiration challenge, Julie has us going to Piper Classics where I found this placemat, https://www.piperclassics.com/produc...lacemat-plaid/. I created my own plaid bg using the buffalo check and an old stripe bg stamp that I cannot remember where I got it from. The buffalo check was inked with Pumpkin Pie and then the stripes were stamped with Chocolate Chip vertically and then horizontally. I used a Zig Painty marker, the gold end, and a ruler to create lines in the plaid design. I die cut the edgelit and a leaf frond from the orange bazzill paper. I also cut leafy fronds from a scrap of kraft. Added the sentiment sticker that already had a foam square.

A beautiful thank you card, Julie. You’re rich, warm autumn tones are just beautiful as is that beautiful plaid background. You really have a wonderful sense of design when it comes to the layout.

Ooh, love that you created your own plaid background and how I do love plaid. The stems looks so pretty against it, too. Awesome Autumn card.
