Because several of us thought outside the box, I decided there was room for me to do as well. I don't have many motorized vehicle stamps and all of a sudden, Mason Williams popped into my head.
Mason Williams released Classical Gasoline (renamed by a music copyist) in 1968; it has always been a favorite for me. So much energy, a combination of rock and classical, I love it. The song was envisioned to be 'fuel' for the classical guitar repertoire. Williams at the time was the head writer for The Smothers Brothers Show, which was also a favorite, and he premiered it on their show. The piece won three Grammys and has been rerecorded many times and even used on the animated shows The Simpsons and American Dad. Another interesting tidbit is that Steve Martin was William's protege.
I used an image of the sheet music, the cover of the 1987 Mannheim Steamroller album where it is featured and a music diecut Sabrina gifted to me. I love the image of the gas pump filling up the guitar. I'm going to go listen to it right now.

I've heard of it and I'm sure I've heard it and didn't realize it. So now I'm going to have to google it. This is so cool and creative and out of the box. Plus I learned something! And I'm also recalling how much I loved watching The Smothers Brothers with my dad :0)

Oh this is so cool- I am googling this now, as I do not remember names of artists or actor/actresses. I have to see them or hear their songs. This is the coolest take on a challenge- how fun!!!
And, yes- oh yes! I know this and it is wonderful!!!

The cleverest of cookies you are! What a gas! Mason Williams lives in or around the Eugene, OR area. He sat a few rows in front of DH and me while watching Tommy Emmanuel, another finger picking guitar virtuoso not to be missed.

I will have to look this up when I get home, never heard of it. It's a fabulous album cover design. I'm glad you found a use for the musical waterfall.
