Pat is our hostess for Teapot Tuesday today - you can find her Cheer For the Queen Mother challenge here.
I took Scripture and blue as my inspiration, and knowing that I wanted a panel I could stamp a verse on, I didn't go very far back in the SCSketches gallery to find SC763 from a couple of weeks back.
I embossed my rose ef and sponged it with various blue distress inks. I added gold Twinkling H2Os to most of the rose petals, and edged the panel with a gold leafing pen.
I stamped the rose onto glossy card with Versamark and left it to dry for a few minutes, then sponged with peeled paint distress. I stamped the verse on top, and matted it onto gold mirror card.
The butterfly was stamped and embossed with white on vellum. I coloured it from behind with Sharpies and added some Stickles on the front.

Oh my Sabrina, is this ever gorgeous! Judy is going to adore this stunning card. What you did to the embossed rose just amazes me, then you create another neat rose to go with the scripture panel. The sparkly butterfly is the perfect finishing touch on this gorgeous card. I love this! ~Karen.

Love the sketch you used Sabrina. I saw so many great recent sketches in the gallery that it was hard deciding which one to use but I knew what stamp I wanted to use. I think that is what gave me the inspiration to use last weeks sketch. Love how this sweet card came out for Judy and she is going to love it as well.

That was a fun sketch and I think it's definitely more your style than most. I love this gorgeous mixed media creation, Sabrina. Just a wonderful mix of colors, patterns, and textures!
