I watched the video and used the Basket Weave technique on this fall card. I wanted to place leaves, in autumn colors, on the front of the card, but they were lost on the patterned paper, so I cut labels to have a place for the leaves. The labels seemed quite plain, so I gave them texture with the Layered Leaves embossing folder. I had this twin in my stash along with the piece of ribbon. This was fun to create.

Lisa, this is beautiful! Nice job on the basket weave, so pretty with that pp. Smart to back those lovely leaves with the tags, love the embossing. Thanks for playing in my challenge.

You're making me want to give this tutorial a go, both your cards are lovely, I like the tags as a backing to the delicate leaves - which themselves are a good match to the basketweave.
