Perfect time for this challenge as some family members just returned from a sailing trip. I used a long neglected Tim Holtz embossing folder diffuser that left the round portion of the texture flat. Sponged on some distress inks and then misted it for some variations in color. Stamped and then used Tombow glue for an easy, quick drying yet strong application of the rope. Attached a fussy cut anchor. Found this cool scrap from a previous project as a border and mounted on a heavy textured CS.

I looked at this earlier but was waiting till I had the PC on. I like your ef, and am very impressed with the neatness of your sticking the "rope" down. The scrap border is beautiful - must have been a night sky or something.
