I didn't have time to try the TLC on Monday, so I combined it today with the sketch challenge. It was such a fun technique and I love traveling dots now. My mandala isn't very circular. It is a bit wonky, but it fit well on this wonky sketch. After I finished painting my mandala (and so did each of my boys), I took the remaining paint and spread it on another piece of white paper using a credit card. Then I was sitting there looking at my artsy card, but not sure how to finish it. It just didn't feel very me. Obviously what it needed was a cute critter. I found this artist bat and a great artist quote to add and now it's a Jen card. Sorry for the bad photo. I think my camera lens must have some little boy fingerprints on it...

I love the image you added.........I'm sure the boys had fun doing this with paint too. Great job combining the challenges, mf!

Wow, how long did that take you? I'm glad I'm not the only one who didn't want to waste the leftover paint, though mine went onto another card. I like yours, it looks like a messy painty palette. And I just love your painter bat.
