Hi friends,
I loved this site today!! I always love Pinterest sites but this really caught my fancy! I used to do a lot of painting (about 25 years ago before stamping!!) so it really interest me. I loved Brenda's card with the image of a mason jar as her base but I don't have one so I had to draw it up (I am NOT very good at drawing so this took awhile!). Then I had to stamp and fussy cut all my images on post-its for mask that will go inside, THEN I got to start stamping in the jar! First I masked off and sponged my moon light gray and dabbed white on it then sprayed it with this stuff called White shimmer spray (I got at a stamp retreat and couldn't remember why I got it, LOL!) But I love what it did. If you look in the close up you will see the moon almost looks like it has craters let alone the shimmer. So then I stamped the guy on the ground, then the sign, then the big guy and then the girl, lastly the wrought iron fence behind them. I used for inspiration this pin.
Thanks for looking!

Yes, indeed, I see the craters. You always amaze me with your awesome creations. And, this one makes me tremble a bit. LOL I sure hope I don't run into these guys and gals on Halloween night. ;)

Oh, and back to say great drawing, too. I sure can't draw a thing unless it looks like a 3 yr. old doing the drawing.

Robin, you did a great job drawing the jar! The images inside are remarkable, but a little scary, and the craters are definitely visible in the moon. Your coloring and creativity are outstanding, my friend! This is a great piece of artwork!

Your drawing turrned out fabulously and it looks like you had a lot of fun with this. Love the colors, and especially the dripping blood.

This card is so many things wrapped into one - fun yet downright creepy with the dripping blood and those zombies would scare the bejesus out of my 7 & 9 year old grandsons! That's how realistic you have made them - Well Done!!!
