I wanted to make a special card for a special birthday and wanted balloons. I started out with a totally different stamped image that I coloured. By the time I came to put the balloons on...die cut out of an alcohol ink panel I made.....I didn't like it.
So I start all over again, and still the second time around I end up touching the liquid pearl buttons. Note to self...wait until they set next time.
My gold twine also wasn't playing the game and getting this stuck on the balloons tested my patience lol, particularly when I'm on a deadline. In the end I decided that not all little girls can hold flowers and 3 balloons at the same time.
It may have taken me twice as long to make this card but I am happy with it. You would never think it took me as long as it did...lol. Having my Bigshot break down along the way didn't help..doh!
I hope the recipient will like it too and know blood, sweat and nearly tears went into making this lol. It will wing its way over the oceans soon.
Thank you to a dear friend, Faye, for providing the sweet little girl die cut..love this image.
TFL. Happy day
