I'm into stars today, I guess. When am I not??! This is for today's teaparty and yesterday's TLC, which is a fun but rather messy technique. I used three colors of metallic acrylic, hardest part was getting rid of the lines the credit card created. Maybe I need one of those scraper things which are wider.
This will go to Vicki (basement stamper). Hey, I'm a basement stamper too!

Scraper things, you're a genius. Somewhere I have the TH silicone scraper for gel plates. Now that I've reorganised my stencils, I'm not sure where it is but I must look. Very nice star EF, love the little gems.

I think it is a wonderfully textured front of an awesome leather journal...that's what it looks like to me. The rounded edges add to the allure. Messy...that might not be the TLC for me though. I like the random sized star stencil...finding a good one is proving difficult.

Isn’t part of the fun the lines that the card leaves? I love the result of your technique. It’s beautiful with the metallic paint and the stars. Love the sentiment too. Perfect for the tea party. Beautiful card, Jean!

This card is so fasinating to look at IRL!! I loved the colors showing through the metallic paint along with the textures from the card. Sometimes what you see in person is hard to capture in a photo, so I'm so lucky to see the beauty of this up close! (I've been a basement stamper forever, but since 5 years ago, we moved into a new house and now I'm a "main-floor stamper"! LOL!) Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sending this card!!
