hi there,
Here is my card for the IC today, inspired by the Uno Alta Volta site and this gorgeous lamp: https://www.unoallavolta.com/blue-ha...-swirling-lamp
The pattern on the shade reminded me of this great stencil. I wanted to try and merge 2 stencils together to make the bkg more interesting. I chose 2 that would work together and merged them, then stamped the sentiment and girl.
Who doesn't cheer when they get to the beach!!?
Also adding my card to Ceal's DTGD challenge.

Stencil merging is a fun thing to do, Karen. What a happy girl. I sure cheer to get to the beach. Super card!

Beautiful message, gorgeous card with the lacy blue/white stenciling, Karen. Love the image of the girl with her arms raised in celebration and openness.

Karen, I think this was me last month when I was visiting the coast. It was such a joy to be near the ocean and fog. A beautiful card that reminds me of the ocean!
