Bokeh dots in the background for Lee's fun challenge.
Stamp and matching die is from www.theprojectbin.com and is called Milky Way. Embossed the ufo in gold, colored and cut out, popped it up on an action wobble so it jiggles.
Taped washi onto white card stock and then cut out with narrow banner die.
