Lisa really threw a wrench in my plans today. I need wedding cards and sympathy cards but try as I might I could not come up with a sports idea for either. And you know I tried. Oh well, thereâs always tomorrow. Meanwhile, I had an excuse to use one of these cute CDD digis that I bought recently. I went looking for a sports joke that involved animals and came out with âWhy canât you play sports with pigs? Because they always hog the ball!â Itâs a good card to have in my stash as my boys get invited to their friendsâ birthday parties. I colored and cut the pig and used SC166 which was good because I could make a sort of Green Monster behind him. I put the pig on an action wobble on top of some sandpaper. I do like this card even though itâs not at all what I had planned to make this morning.

Isn't it fun, Jen...when you just have to surrender? Your card is pig~tastic! Love you put the wobble in...captured the Green Monster...sandpaper for the batters box...you seriously covered it all in the delightful card. Wedding inspiration will be a piece of cake after this...creative, yup, you rock at creativity!

What a fun card with a terrific joke!! I can't imagine trying to make a sport card for sympathy or wedding.........good idea to scrap and make this rib tickler!

What a terrific and fun card, Jen, love your little pig waiting to bat! In Summer here in Australia cricket is the No.1 sport and I just love it! Both my boys love baseball, too, & have been to games when in Los Angeles and New York.
