Lisa's WTUI challenge is Sports. I love these vintage sports stamps from Hampton Arts. They look great in monotone ink and make for quick creations.
I stamped the image and sentiment and brushed on ink to age the panel. Layered a star embossed brown panel, star pp and the image panel on a kraft cardbase. Finished it off with embossed die cut stars. TFL
Hope you'll play along!

Love the retro vintage look to this. It made me think of my grandfather, whom I never knew, but he played rugby internationally and I've seen old team photos. Very nice star dies.

This image is fab!!! My Father-in-law was the BMOC of his high school, as he could kick a football 70 feet! (barefoot!!) Yale wanted him, but the Depression sent him to work. Ah well.

This is one terrific vintage image and your coloring of the panel to make it look vintage works so well. I really love that sentiment with the little image, it would make a great card for a little guy to his dad for father's day. Thank you so much for the super cute sample for the challenge.
