Using stars I had punched from low adhesive paper, I used the retiform technique with TH OIs. When that was finished, I sprayed with white and dropped water onto the panel to react with the inks. The two dark blue iridescent sequins really look out of place in the photo, fortunately IRL, they aren't so bold in appearance. : )

Sallie, this card is gorgeous. I could gaze at it for hours. The wonderful depth of the subtle colours just draws you in. Love the water drops. This card does feel like peace.

What a beautiful and cool background. Terrific results from the technique with the challenge colors! Nothing looks out of place. Just marvelous. It must sparkle and shine IRL. TFS
