In the WT today, Carla (Covington Crafter) asked us to Impress Me! Thanks for all the great examples of ways to do that. I decided to go with literal finger 'painting' with Gelatos. I hope that is an acceptable way too.
It's a simple card...sprayed my watercolor paper with water and used the Tim Holtz Sizzix embossing folder. When the paper was dry, I painted on the colors with my finger, rubbed and that really was it.
Used the Memory Box stitched die, a few enamel corners and called it just right.
Thanks for a very open challenge today, Carla. Zooming off to work now...everybody hope your day was filled with artful endeavors...

Your pretty card looks like a vintage Christmas sign, Susan! The gelato finger painting is a great way to ink up embossing. Thanks for playing in my challenge, I'm Impressed!

I looked at this on my phone, and thought I'd wait till I got to my aunt's and her laptop before commenting. That's a super ef. I think fingers are the best way of applying gelatos . I think any way of using colour with an ef was certainly within the challenge remit. I like the wintery, frosty feel from this.
