I hope you are all managing to stay cool if you are in one of the ultra heated regions here in the USA. It's even too hot to get an ice cream cone, it would melt instantly.
For today's IC711, Stacy has asked us to find inspiration from the National Audobon Society. There is a lot of inspiration from the birds and photography, etc. I found inspiration from the Illustrated Aviary, https://www.audubon.org/magazine/spr...ainted-bunting. I used Faber Castell pencils to color the images and used leftover die cut pieces from Thursdays WT749 challenge. I embossed the turquoise panel with a Darice EF that coordinated nicely to the image. The layers are mounted onto a Pineapple Punch base which is difficult to see on the craft mat, I'm so sorry. No sentiment yet, as I am not sure what occasion this will be used for.

Your inspiration and your card have such wonderful colors. Sweet image and love the embossing folder you used.
