I've been working on some never before tried techniques. This is one of the things I like doing best. The problem with it though, is that I don't keep track of what I use when I do them.
Kept a green background and general layout. Nothing much else is the same. I know I used SU mint macaron for the background but I think there is another green in there. I sponged a little white craft ink on the edges to get a bit more white space like she has. I pulled out some pieces from my stash for the trimmings and used a new stamp for the sentiment. Yes, it is in my DNA, although it is very latent in emerging. I like combining a more traditional background with fun colors and elements

I can't resist commenting on your card when I see it right there on the gallery page! I totally agree, I was shocked to see that today.
A very fun case with such truth for you! I love the varying strips and the cork scallops...genius. I recall your mentioning it's about the STAMPS...of course it is...

Jean, this is fabulous! I can see how you were inspired, but you made this card totally your own! Great sentiment- and cork tape?! How cool is that! I love cork! Thanks so much for playing along in this week's FS challenge this week!
