As soon as I seen this week's tutorial I knew I wanted to try it and as soon as I seen Jacqueline's challenge I started smiling... the grunge distressing was done with a vintage photo DOX ink and its probably hard to see.. the fish and worm were colored with what ever markers I used on Marg's color challenge. the metal is here in the form of jump rings ( which by the way was the most time consuming part of this, once I got them apart to hook them together I had a heck of a time getting them closed and it made me remember why I never play with them) So, out came the bitty QK dies because the jump rings really needed glue dots at both ends and the fish "lure" hides that. Oh and I don't own any punchies for basic shapes anymore so, if you try this... do your liner before you do your fancy pockets if you need to run it through a machine with a circle die again after hahaha. ( mine was cut with scissors.) and I forgot to look at the clock when I started but, I'd guess I am over on this one from fighting with the rings. thanks for this tutorial Gloria & this challenge Jacqueline, & tfl.

Stacy, you made a super fishing vest and I love the added fish hanging on it. This is really great.
