I kept the sympathy theme and the floral images but used different stamps and techniques.
I was playing around with distress oxide inks after watching Lydia's video:
I didn't like the stencil I used on this piece so wiped all the oxidation off the photo paper which left this panel. I thought it was perfect to make the floral image for this card. I heat embossed the floral spray from Kind Soul and then fussy cut the edge.
I heat embossed the sentiment and adhered the floral image to the left side. A scattering of a few sequins and it is finished.

Catherine, this is so stunning! I loved reading your journey about making this card and the end result is truly stunning. I especially loved that you heat embossed the flower image. What a great case of Janeen's beautiful inspiration card and what a beautiful sympathy card this is too! ~Karen.
