I wanted to make a wedding card with a classic color combination, silver and white. I used a Gina Marie Quilt Square die and inlaid the pieces from three coordinating cardstock. I layered the panel and heat embossed the Congratulations sentiment with Simon Says Stamp Silver embossing powder. I die cut the mr & mrs from silver and glitter stock from the honey bee layer dies. I used two of the three layers from that set. The champaign glasses were die cut several times from white cardstock and from thick vellum. I heat embossed the glasses with the same silver on the vellum and colored the back of the glasses with copic marker where the champaign fills the glasses. After adhering the vellum die cut to the stack of white die cut glasses I covered the glasses with nuvo drops in dew drop. I think it turned out nice. I'd love to hear your thoughts. I tossed around adding sequins but I'm not sure. Do you think sequins would be good? What color if so? Help!?!
