This is my sample card for Chrissy's VSN challenge.
The inspiration picture made me think about a concert I went too when I was young (ages ago...)
I made the bg experimenting dye spray inks on a coffee filter and applied this onto glossy photo paper, I was surprised by the result and could make 2 prints and kept the filter for another card, so you spray the inks on the filter, spray water, lay your photo paper on this filter press with your fingers, take it up carefully and if it's too wet use the hot gun to dry, once dried I used a stencil to make some circles and used a white gel pen because on glossy paper this works the best, I die cut a guitar and a basket ball player but without his ball and basket it could be a jumping rock star, found the guitarist on the web and printed him 3 times fussy cut him in 3d shape
To make this card it took me all together with the drying, 47 minutes.

LOVE it! Thanks for the instructions. You mention glossy photo paper-what weight is the paper? Is this the kind of photo paper that can be used in an ink jet or laser printer? I always wonder what kind of glossy paper to use that is economical and works with dye or alcohol inks. This is super fun and bright.

Wow, Anita - what a fab background. I have a feeling I managed to get two prints when I tried, too - though my colours were nothing like as vivid as this. Perfect for a rock concert!
