This is a combo challenge creation: today's MMTPT (put a face on it) and yesterday's TLC (floral tag card). I enjoyed both of these challenges.
I had used the tree stamp today so it was handy. First I decided on my human face and sentiment, then thought I'd better use a tree. The tree trunk is on the card base, the branches are on the tag. I used a combo of stamps for the flowers and sprig of green. I colored her with colored pencils and the Tombow markers. Not happy with her face. Those markers are very inconsistent in color and she looks a little orange. The more I try to fix it, the worse it gets. Oh well, she's multi-ethnic and has been out in the sun. I think next time I make this floral tag card, I'll make the tag smaller.

pretty card Jean for the party, not every face is perfect maybe I should say, no face is perfect...I like your take on the flower tag card technique too.

Great card Jean! Great job on both challenges! It is just a shadow on her face! I'm like you, I can never leave my work alone and end up getting too much color in some areas. It looks lovely!

suntan...works for me...given me the wrinkles on my woman today! It was so much fun reading your comments...it's a delightful card with the fabulous sentiment right where it belongs.

This is terrific, Jean, with the tree and flowers and that wonderful sentiment! I really like your lady in blue, yes, she just looks like she is suntanned!!

Fantastic lady (she's too skinny though...ha) and what a lovely eclectic design. I really like how you stamped the flowers stamped int the different colors...it's like a garden explosion.

I would not notice any problem with the coloring until you mentioned it. Interesting effect of stamping the woman close to the edge of the panel. I like the font on the sentiment.
