I didn't have much in the way of patriotic stamping supplies but I did have this never-been-used stencil. I used sponge daubers and colored the image which is actually square. Then I cut my frame and played with placement before cutting the stenciled panel to fit.
Since I had NO patriotic type sentiments I decided to go with "celebrate" since that is the focus of July 4 - to celebrate! Finally I added a few stars and rhinestones.
