I never use big bows any more on my cards because of extra postage issues and difficulty in mailing. I used the same stamp, changed colors, used die instead of a punch, and a different embossing folder.
My card on the computer screen was done in June 2010.

I love how you have pictured the before and after side by side! Both cards are gorgeous, but I especially love the one without the bow because your lovely design takes center stage. Beautiful card.

Great CASE of your own card...I am partial to greens so I really like your new one...but the old one is pretty awesome, too, And I agree about the big bows..I have a hard time tying them...they never turn out very well.

I think they are both pretty! You did a great job on both, Liz. The bow on the first one is perfectly tied, but I agree that it is easier to send small bows.

Wow, what fun, Liz, to see the two cards! I think I tied a few big bows in the day! I love your non bow card...your coloring on the sweet peas is so detailed. And the visual interest of the die cut is lovely!

I too love both versions, Liz. I always loved your bows, but I certainly understand about mailing issues. I actually prefer you new version. All the focus is on your beautifully colored image. Beautiful card.
