I went back to the first year that I uploaded (I was still scanning my cards at the time...sheesh!)..I chose this card as my inspiration. I don't think I've used this stamp since then. I made all my Christmas cards with this same stamp and since it was so memorable I decided not to use it again....I guess 8 years later it would be ok. I tried to show the 3D embossing on the blue glossy paper..it looks really cool. This is also for the CCC challenge to use blue and silver.

I love the redo, Polly. I think inks are so much more vivid now and that blue you used on your image is awesome.

Well, you have definitely evolved with this Christmas card, Polly! The first one was pretty good if that was your first year making cards. I didn’t even bother looking at my four boxes of holiday cards that are in the hall closet, close to my studio. Love the colors of this one, I must say!

This is really fabulous Polly! I love the blue and silver and the vintage feel of this too. Your original card is wonderful Polly, yet it is so neat to see how you have taken this charming image and made it new and modern with this wonderful card design. How fun! ~Karen.
