ABC11N14: Still playing catch up. This is my entry for N. My N is Night of Navy ink (and I think I need to re-ink my ink pad!).
Using the wonderful colors from the color challenge a couple of weeks ago, I made this card. I love these colors together.
First, I masked off the stripes and sponged Night of Navy. I don't have any cs in Balmy Blue or Lemon Lime Twist, so I die cut the flowers and leaves and then went direct to paper to color them with those inks.
After assembling the card, I went looking for a sentiment to put on it and chose this one. Inside the You is stamped in Night of Navy. I also had another die cut flower so put it in the corner inside.
I like the fresh stripes this provides for these flowers.
Thanks for looking!

What a stunning card this is Catherine- it feels very couture with these fresh blooms and wonderful stripes. I am super impressed that you sponged these stripes because I thought this was designer paper at first. I love how you colored your blooms and leaves with the direct-to-paper method too- it adds wonderful texture! This is such a stunning card with a fabulous sentiment too! ~Karen.
